Dental Image Therapy Centre, located in St Vital Shopping Centre is a modern, family dental practice and we're looking for a dedicated Administrative Professional to join our team!

We offer a welcoming and supportive environment, ensuring every patient feels at ease—and we’re looking for someone who can help us continue that mission from the very first phone call.

Responsibilities:‍

• Warmly greet and check-in patients with profesionalism and a smile
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Verify insurance and guide patients through their coverage
• Efficiently schedule appointments and manage the practice’s calendar
• Assist with treatment coordination and follow-up care
• Keep front desk operations organized, smooth, and on-track

What We Are Looking For:

• A friendly, confident communicator—in person and over the phone
• Experience with dental scheduling software and managing appointment books
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic
• Prior experience in dental administration preferred but not required
