Welcome to Dental Image Therapy Centres! We’ve been treating Winnipeg smiles for over 30 years at our Garden City Shopping Centre and St. Vital Centre clinics.

Our team believes in building connections in the community and lending a helping hand whenever possible philosophies we embody in our day-to-day work. We put you first, and do what we can to ensure you feel comfortable and happy when you visit our clinics. Whether you need a routine cleaning, cosmetic dentistry or a specialty treatment, we offer complete dental services at both locations.

Meet Our Team

Patient Forms & Clinic Policies

Before your appointment, there are some key forms you'll have to fill out. These forms give us information to help us better care for your and your family’s oral health, and give you an idea of what your responsibilities are when you come in for a visit.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to make sure you have enough time to complete these forms.

  • It’s important for us to have your up to-date medical history so we can provide the best dental care possible. Before your appointment, and every year or so, you’ll to fill out a medical history form.

    Making sure your health information is accurate helps you get the right treatment. Your medical and dental history, along with any medications, can impact your dental care. The form goes through standard questions, including:

    • What prescriptions and other medications or supplements you are taking

    • What your current health condition is

    • Who your emergency contact is

    • When your last medical appointment was

    • When your last dental appointment was

    The form also helps us make sure your contact information is accurate.

    If you have any questions when filling out the form, don’t hesitate to ask for clarification or help. We’re here to make sure your dental appointment is comfortable and successful, and that means giving you a hand at every step.

  • We want to make your dental visits as stress-free as possible. To help with that, we’ve outlined some important information for you to know: what your responsibilities are as a patient with Dental Image Therapy Centres.

    You’ll get a form to read and sign, outlining key principles and responsibilities. Information on the form includes:

    • Your insurance plan is between yourself and the benefits provider. For questions about your insurance, please contact your insurance provider.

    • If you have insurance at the time of your treatment, you may pay for the dental appointment and be reimbursed by your insurance provider, or we can direct bill your insurance and you will be required to pay the remaining amount.

    • Your appointments are made and reserved for you. While we will send reminders of your appointments, please be aware of the time and date of your upcoming dental appointments.

    When going through this form before your first appointment, please let us know if you have any questions. Together, we’ll ensure you and your family get their necessary dental care.

  • Privacy Policy

    Dental Image Therapy Centres are both PHIA and PIPEDA compliant. Your personal health information will be kept on file to provide the highest level of personalized care. Your health information is available for you to access during business hours.  

    Cancellation & Missing Appointment Policy

    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancelations or missed appointments are subject to a cancelation or missed appointment fee.

  • "Recently, I had a filling performed by Dr. Simpson using an incredible machine known as the Solea dental laser. It was quick and painless (there's a slight cold sensation akin to biting down on an ice cube). The previous method, as I recall, involved a needle (to deliver a local anesthetic) and a drill. I distinctly remember the numbing lasting ~4 hours after the procedure (annoying but accepted as just the way things are), as well an aching pain at the needle insertion point. What a relief it is to not have to worry about that! Once the procedure is over, you're back to your normal self—no need to wait for the local anesthetic to wear off. This was an incredible investment and smart decision by Dental Image! Thank you."

  • My last appointment here was a few years ago (I lost my benefits by switching jobs). I was nervous about coming back but everyone made me feel welcomed and relaxed. The front desk agents were so cheerful and super helpful with the check-in (updating my records and benefits). The dental hygienists that took care of me were so friendly. They described to me all the procedures and x-rays that needed to be done. I apologize I’m very bad with names but they were Filipino (like me). The cleaning took a while but she was gentle and I felt no discomfort whatsoever. Dr. McManus was very informative and understanding. He was very thorough with my exam and asked me every step of the way if I was okay. Sorry for missing a few years but rest assured I will be more consistent now! THANK YOU! P.S. I really like your mango lip balm! My lips are always dry and cracked so this was a nice small gift during my appointment!"
