Q: Are certain foods better for my teeth?

A: A healthy diet affects the entire body, including your mouth! We recommend lots of fruits and vegetables - which can sometimes act as nature’s toothbrushes.Cheese and black tea have been known to reduce plaque build up. Foods containing calcium (cheese, almonds and leafy greens) and foods high in phosphorous (meat, eggs and fish) can help keep tooth enamel strong and healthy.
