Because you have not been in a number of years, our dentists will treat your appointment as a first visit. At Dental Image Therapy Centres, we like to do a complete getting-to-know-you assessment. We value the relationship we have with our patients and want to get to know who you are before we do any work.

It only takes about an hour and will include an examination of your head, neck and mouth. This gives us in-depth knowledge of what needs your regular dental visits may require, and where we can work together to build you a better smile.

Your dentist appointment will include:

• Digital x-rays as needed for diagnosis

• VELscope cancer screening

• Dental charting

• Intra-oral video tour of your mouth

Your dentist will also do a:

• Soft tissue examination

• Periodontal assessment of your gums and jaw bone

• TMJ evaluation

• Occlusal (bite) evaluation

• Check for dental decay
