Check For Symptoms

Use the Government of Manitoba's COVID-19 Screening Tool

If you're showing signs of symptoms,
please notify us as soon as possible

Book Your Appointment
Before Your Appointment

Verify that your insurance is active and notify us of any changes.
Complete the pre-appointment forms we will be sending you.

Day Of Your Appointment

Please bring and wear a mask to your appointment. If you don't have one, we will provide one to you.

If possible, come to your appointment alone.
Exceptions include appointments for children and patients that require assistance.

At Your Appointment

Please limit the time you spend in the waiting room and reception area.

Please maintain social distancing and stay 2 metres apart.

Hand sanitizer is available for you to use when you enter the clinic.
If you need more, feel free to ask us.

Before seeing your dentist, you will be asked to put on a disposable head covering.
Your temperature will also be taken using an infrared thermometer.

If you have a bill to pay, please use only a credit card or debit card.

Dental Image Therapy Centres will be using text message and email to inform you when it is time for your appointment. Information will also be used to send you pre-procedural forms that must be filled out before your appointment. It may also be used to send you information after your appointment.
